Terms and Conditions for Car Rental System

Please note that the following terms and conditions outline the agreement between the car rental company (referred to as "we," "us," or "the company") and the renter (referred to as "you" or "the renter"). By using our car rental system and renting a vehicle from us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions:

1. Rental Eligibility:

   a. You must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license to rent a vehicle.

   b. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the reservation and rental process.

2. Vehicle Usage:

   a. You agree to use the rented vehicle only for personal or business purposes as specified in the rental agreement.

   b. You will not use the vehicle for any illegal activities, racing, towing, off-road driving, or any other prohibited use.

3. Rental Period:

   a. The rental period begins and ends as specified in the rental agreement.

   b. You agree to return the vehicle on or before the designated return date and time. Late returns may be subject to additional charges.

4. Reservation and Payment:

   a. Reservations are subject to vehicle availability.

   b. You agree to pay the rental fees, including any additional charges, taxes, and fees, as specified in the rental agreement.

   c. Payment must be made using a valid credit card or other accepted payment methods.

5. Insurance and Liability:

   a. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the rented vehicle during the rental period.

   b. You agree to provide proof of insurance coverage or purchase insurance offered by the rental company.

   c. The company is not liable for any personal belongings left in the rented vehicle.

6. Fuel and Mileage:

   a. The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel. You are responsible for refueling the vehicle before returning it.

   b. Mileage restrictions, if any, will be specified in the rental agreement. Additional charges may apply for exceeding the mileage limit.

7. Maintenance and Repairs:

   a. You agree to maintain the rented vehicle in good condition and promptly report any mechanical issues or accidents.

   b. The company will cover the cost of normal wear and tear repairs. You are responsible for repair costs resulting from negligence or misuse.

8. Cancellation and Modifications:

   a. Cancellation or modification of a reservation may be subject to fees and restrictions. Please refer to the rental agreement for details.

   b. The company reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation in case of unforeseen circumstances.

9. Termination:

   a. The company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and reclaim the vehicle if you violate the terms and conditions.

   b. You may terminate the rental agreement by returning the vehicle before the designated return date and time.

10. Governing Law:

    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the rental takes place.
